I created for a friend of our Team SIR a logo. His Gametag is Hopfensmoothie and Hopfen means “hop”, which you use to make beer, so like, a hopsmoothie or beersmoothie.

Hopfensmoothie’s look is very remarkable thanks to his glasses and his moustache. So I tried to add these personal features in his logo and combine it with a smoothie. The hair looks like beer with head, so the hair looks liquid, like the beer, which is made of hop.
The straw represents the smoothie, because almost every smoothie has a straw, so it’s iconic for a smoothie.
On basis of this scetch, I tried different things out, until I found something I liked.
So then I added a beer glass and it was done!
